At Viallure, we aim to deliver your products quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and courier availability. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, but may take longer for remote areas or due to unforeseen delays. We will share tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any additional customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your region must be paid by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses, missing contact details, or failed delivery attempts may result in delays or additional charges.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Tracking updates depend on the courier service and may take time to reflect after dispatch.
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please take clear photos and contact us immediately at viallura1410@gmail.com. Do not accept the parcel if it appears heavily damaged.
In case of delivery delays caused by weather conditions, courier issues, or uncontrollable events, Viallure will not be held liable but will assist in coordinating with the courier.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your Order ID so we can help resolve the issue.
