Return & Refund Policy

At Viallure, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include personal care items, opened beauty products, intimate or hygiene-sensitive items, and gift cards or promotional items.

To initiate a return, please email us at viallura1410@gmail.com with your Order ID, clear photos or videos showing the issue, and the reason for return. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide instructions for return pickup or the return address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges may be offered if the replacement item is in stock. If not, a refund will be provided instead.

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may apply for a return after receiving the product.
